Confirmed means confirmed
We only issue a voucher after the hotel or golf course has confirmed the booking. Every voucher carries the property's own confirmation number or tee time.

Walk guarantee
If a confirmed hotel cannot accommodate your guests on arrival, we arrange a room of the same or higher category nearby and cover the price difference and transfer.

Tee time protection
If a confirmed tee time cannot be honored by the course, we rebook the closest available time or an equivalent course, or refund the round in full.

Clear rates, no surprises
The net price you see before booking is the price you pay us. Cancellation conditions are shown on every product before you book.

Fast refunds
Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer within 7 business days, and you can follow the status on the booking page.
