Frequently asked questions
Who can become a partner?+
Registered travel businesses only — travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, golf specialists and corporate travel teams. We may ask for your business or travel license during review.
Is there any fee to join?+
No. Registration and use of the platform are free. You only pay for the bookings you make.
How do I pay for bookings?+
By bank transfer in USD. Each booking shows the amount and the deadline (up to 48 hours, earlier for arrivals within two days). Use the booking number as the transfer reference.
What happens if I don't pay in time?+
The booking expires automatically and the rooms or tee times are released. You can book again if they are still available.
Can I cancel a booking?+
Before payment you can cancel online at no charge. After payment you can send a cancellation request; refunds follow the cancellation policy shown on each hotel or golf course.
When is the tee time confirmed?+
You can tell us your preferred time when booking. The golf course confirms the exact tee time after payment, and it is printed on the voucher.
Can my colleagues use the same account?+
Yes. The main contact can invite team members, who each get their own login and see all bookings of your company.
Do you support large groups?+
Yes. Book several rooms at once or choose group golf packages. For bigger groups or special requests, contact us and we will help you directly.
